"The hotel just right by the main road. Easy to be founded. It was really disappointed to climb up to level 3 with our 30kg bags. The room was spacious for us with a nice view. The staff brought the drinks to our room and help to order some food. We bought different room for the next day. Unfortunately we were told that the room was in another building. So we cancelled the room since it was not stated in the details when we did the booking. Other than that we got nothing to complain about."

I'll definitely come again if I have the chance."

"This hotel is nice and the price is cheap. They helped carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. There is a delicious shaokao at night nearby, like a market, lots of people selling fruits and food. I forgot to return the room key and brought it to Lijiang, Miss Wei gave me a solution to ask the hotel staff in Lijiang to help send the key instead of me having to pay a lot for a new card. Miss Wei was kind enough to help us order food with *******. I was really impressed with Miss Wei who is very friendly and helpful. She deserves five stars. The room is big and there are 2 types of slippers, one for the room and one for the bathroom. This is exactly what I needed because the bathroom floor was cold. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! We found it on a whim while driving around Erhai Lake, and the facilities and service were amazing. A huge thumbs up to the front desk staff and the owner! The breakfast was delicious; we finished every last drop. The room had a smart heated toilet, a washing machine, and afternoon tea with drinks, fruit platters, and snacks. They even gave us a complimentary Americano to drink while driving when we checked out – so thoughtful! The beachfront room was gorgeous; we didn't want to leave the house. We just ordered takeout and had it delivered to our room. Eating while enjoying the view was so relaxing! If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. It was very quiet outside at night. The windows and doors seemed to have thick, double-glazed soundproof glass, and the room was also very well soundproofed. We couldn't hear any talking or walking from next door, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me. I slept soundly until morning. Plus, the newly opened hotel had no unpleasant smells at all! This would definitely be my first choice for future stays! I was so satisfied that I wrote a little review! 😄 I sincerely hope everyone can enjoy such a great stay and sleep as well as I did!"

"Wonderful stay at Pullman Dali. Location: Excellent location facing Dali Harbour. The Erhai sightseeing bus stop is only a 3–5-minute walk, and Dali High‑Speed Railway Station takes just 5–10 minutes by car, very convenient for travelling to Haidong. Room & Facilities: We stayed in a high-floor Erhai-view room with fantastic lake scenery. The rooftop terrace is the biggest highlight for enjoying panoramic Erhai views. Rooms are well furnished, and guests can choose pillows of different textures as needed. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym, swimming pool and SPA. Breakfast has diverse selections and tasty pastries. Service: We encountered slight communication problems at first, which were settled perfectly with the help of butler Mary (Thanks Soraya for the help too! )- She assisted in all coordination, recommended local attractions and cared about our experience throughout the stay. The hotel clearly marks free and chargeable services with full transparency. Highly recommend this hotel."

The guesthouse's location is fantastic, right inside the East Gate of the ancient city. You can drive directly to it, and there's free parking available, which is super convenient. They even offer valet parking assistance. The facilities are all new, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The owner is very kind, and the service is incredibly warm and friendly. Oh, and their dog, Doudou, is also very friendly and adorable. You can pet him as much as you like!"

"The village paths to the B&B is not wide enough for two-way traffic, so travel by DiDi or any motor car can be a bit challenge if there are vehicles coming in opposite direction. However, you can access the B&B via the main road, and get off at nearby primary school (drop-off), it is about 5-7 minutes from drop-off point to the B&B. There is no breakfast available but there are choices nearby. You can see sunrise from the bedroom, and every room has a very big balcony / sitting place with sofa, that's the best selling point."
