Later, I tried it in the morning just to make sure, but it still rang. After confirming with the hotel staff, there was a problem with the air supply. The person on the other end was sorry for not telling me in advance. ? If there is a problem with the air conditioner, shouldn’t it be maintained and inspected in time? 2. I don’t know if it’s due to regional taste differences or what. The hotel’s food is a surprise to northerners. I was fortunate enough to experience your hotel's set meal for two in the restaurant. It has the price of a 5-star hotel, but not the taste of a 5-star hotel. 聽説大理的酒店有近萬家 來大理之前就在手機上瀏覽了許久 想找一家海景酒店 看過幾家特別火的酒店 沒有很對眼 也感覺裝修風格過於網感 再加上跟個人的行程路線有沖突 就看了看 海東這邊的酒店 看到這家“十二雲彩”覺得名字很有記憶點 雲南，彩雲之南嘛 仔細看了一下酒店介紹 圖片是有一個露台 很喜歡所以就定了一晚 沒想到！入住後真的超乎我的意料 入住的是月影 在酒店一層 到了酒店後管家全程陪伴辦理入住 還偶遇了老闆 很熱情 到了房間後真的很滿意 跟圖片真的一模一樣 甚至現實更好看 房間裏的馬歇爾音響 西門子洗衣機 衞浴的漢斯格雅科勒戴森的吹風機 以及海信的大尺寸電視提高了入住體驗 （洗護也是澳洲的小眾品牌 味道好聞） 尤其是松下的可移動化粧鏡 更為女士出行提供了更多的便利 就連衞生紙都是用的得寶 酒店的餐飲也值得一提 雖然是在雲南 但是餐廳有廣東特色 不論是下午茶早餐晚餐的菜品都很好吃 讓我這種挑剔的旅客都讚不絕口 衹是上菜的順序建議改進一下 總之 下次來大理 十二雲彩也是我的第一選擇！

服務非常周到，雖然不是星際連鎖酒店。但是服務做得很好周到。本來還覺得價格性價比不行，第二天換到了雙廊的一個客棧 有價格差不多的房型但是沒有一個地方可以比，地理條件適合放鬆，吃喝玩兒可以到市區，裝修各方面就很好，智能馬桶沖水聲有點大

定了兩間房，一間帶了露台，環境特別棒，遠離鬧市，很安靜，在房間裏就能看到洱海風光，房間設施很齊全，酒店服務態度很nice，非常滿意的一次住房體驗，推薦！

對於這次住宿非常滿意，讓我有個滿分的回憶，酒店設施房間和用品都十分到位，我一直對住宿環境要求比較高，對這個酒店點贊不絕呢，喜歡的程度妥妥好評，員工管家都很熱情，特別是老闆人非常耐斯健談還幫我拍出美美的照片，早餐絕豐富，都吃不完的份量呢。下午茶也是贈送的，晚上養生晚安甜心湯，真的是暖心一整天的待遇，不來都後悔了，依依會不捨的，以後這裏就是我治癒的好選擇了！！🥳

這次的酒店入住體驗真的超出我的期待，服務不輸五星級酒店😊房間寬敞明亮，能看到洱海日落。設施齊全，有小音箱可以聽音樂，房間電視還開通了vip。早餐非常豐富，直接送到房間。三樓風景也很好，邊看書邊喝下午茶是個不錯的選擇。玩累了還可以做個spa放鬆一下。下次出行還會選擇這裏～

房間很喜歡，很乾凈也很出片 所有設備也很高級，服務特別到位 我們的房間可以看到洱海，風景絕絕子 不管早上還是傍晚，太美了！
