City Comfort Inn (Dali Railway Station)

I forgot to take photo of the room, but the room looks similar as the website photos. It’s clean, except having the smoking smell. The breakfast is ok (for someone easygoing like me). Receptionists can not speak English but tried to help. About the location, it’s really near Dali Railway Station, just take a walk for 5-10 mins. But to Dali ancient city too far (30 mins). In general i give it 4 points.

Convenient location near station, clean rooms, friendly staff. Basic amenities, decent value for price.

The location is great. 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Too bad that day we stayed, the elevator was under repair. Gotta climb the stairs.

Great location, just few minutes walk from the high speed train station. Room is clean, spacious and comfort. Will stay here again if we are at Dali

The elevator not working and i give my guest the 6 floor. Also massive cigarette smell in my non smoking room from the bath. But overall cheap and solid.

Value for money. Near to Dali Raiway station 5 min walk to entrance Dali Raiway station and 15 min walk from exit Dali Raiway station. Very near to bus station easy to move around in Dali take bus number 8 to Dali old town and number 4 to Santorini Dali. Need 25 min walk to Er Hai Park. Hotel room together with free breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast as it very decision really suit our taste. The room very clean , bed Comfortable and air cond just nice. Check in early and late check out is the best stay for this hotel. Overall, is perfect stay for our trip in Dali. Will recommend anyone travel with public transport as it really convenient to stay here.

The hotel is perfectly located - easy walking distance to the Train Station and opposite the long - distance bus station. It is also super convenient to catch the local bus to Dali Ancient Town, Pagoda and then onto Xizhou. (Bus 4 & 8 leave from opposite the Train Station). The hotel room is a good size and was clean, and quiet. Although it didn't smell of cigarette smoke, cigarette smoke from other hotel guests made it way into the room. I don't smoke so I struggle with that. The hotel staff, although they do not speak English were especially helpful using the Translation App to help me with any questions I had. I'm very much appreciative of how much help they gave me during my stay. I would recommend staying at this hotel - it's so convenient and easy to travel to the Ancient Town from its location.

Everything is good and clean except it has no elevator. You gotta carry your own luggages to the room you are assigned to. Washing machine is available but sadly no dryer.
