房間乾淨衞生，而且酒店位置離市區很近，出行吃飯都很方便，前台小姐姐服務很好，會耐心的給你介紹景點，這次還幫忙升級了房間，是一次很好的入住體驗，

環境：周邊吃飯的很多 離市中心很近 去哪裡都方便
服務：服務很好進出前台都會笑着打招呼 入住那天行李有點多還幫我送去了房間 很不錯

這是我住過的酒店體驗感最差的一次，每年去大理都要去好幾次，考慮老公工地就在隔壁，加上行李太多不方便搬動，所以選擇了它們家，結果硬是咬了牙齒住了一個星期，前台服務員不會隨着情況的變化靈機應變，續住時，我和她們商量可以給我們網絡同價，我付現錢，省的我們麻煩每天都要在網絡上定，前台説不可以。而且我打電話到前台要個餐盤説是沒有，要個果盤也沒有，若大個酒店這種要求都滿足不了。早餐一般，天天重複那幾個菜品，沒有創新，8點40左右去幾乎都是冷的，精挑細選要了個芋頭，也是壞的，根本沒有食慾。不過客房服務員必須好評，每天續住打掃都很認真，很乾凈

真是我來雲南旅遊住過最爛的酒店 十一點多開車到大理 很疲憊 行李很多 酒店一個幫拿行李的大堂人員都沒有 這就算了 自己拿也無所謂 到了大堂就一個前台 拉着個臉跟欠她幾百塊錢一樣 態度極其不耐煩 入住的心情瞬間變得極差無比 回到房間本準備舒服睡一覺 被子上的污漬讓我崩潰 地毯上不知道是什麼一塊一塊的污漬 讓人覺得噁心 客房服務大姐服務態度倒是挺好 主動幫我們處理 我這一星好評也是客房服務大姐 針對這個酒店 不好意思我一星都不想給 垃圾
