The owner's family lives on the first floor. They are very nice people and can provide anything you need at any time. It is very close to the ancient city of Dali. It takes about five minutes to walk there. There is a lot of food. It is convenient to go back to the room to rest when you go shopping in the evening. It was cloudy on the second day of my stay. I didn't see the sunrise on the rooftop rooftop in the morning, but there was a thin cloud that just shined through a beam of light on the Erhai Sea, which was a unique scenery. The room is large enough, clean and sanitary. The mattress is medium-soft and hard. You can see Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake and the sunrise from the 4th floor (it is beautiful when there are sunrise and clouds). It is 140 meters away from the free parking lot and 740 meters away from the south gate of the ancient city. There are many delicious foods towards the ancient city. The boss is very nice.

很高興在眾多的民宿選擇了她家，本來衹打算住一晚的，結果續住了三晚，首先説説她們家的環境，她們家有個漂亮的小花園，有秋千，還有老闆娘一家都挺好的，我的一個黃金戒指上廁所的時候掉廁所裏面了，我自己不知道還以為丟旅遊車上了，氣了一天，結果晚上回來隨口問了一下老闆，老闆娘説她撿到一個，問我是不是這個我一看果真是我的，那種失而復得的感覺無與倫比，真的非常非常感謝老闆娘，對了她們家的位置很好，離古城很近，吃東西也很方便，不論去哪裡玩都很方便，還有如果第一次去大理玩的建議在她家路口上面有個旅行社可以去報個團，很便宜的價格，雖然是購物團但不會強制購物，導遊楊金花帶的喜洲團和阿蕾帶的線路都不錯，很感謝她們一路的照顧，還買了喜歡的銀鐲子，手鍊，一家三口一人一樣，總知大理之心真的非常非常的開心，明年還準備去，繼續住她家。對了她家的床很軟睡着很舒服

對比好多家，同價位的要不沒空調，要不就是離古城很遠，好多寫的有空調具體一問衹有客廳有個空調。像這樣三個卧室都有空調，離古城又近，風景又好，卧室和客廳面積還大，廚房能做飯，菜市場也近，價位還不高。可以説這是我在雲南住的最滿意的一套房

前一晚住海邊水壓小的可憐，價格是這裏的四倍。這家三個卧室都有空調，離古城近，還能做飯。價格這麼實惠，我覺得大家説水壓小我覺得也可以忍受，可是來了以後發現熱水和冷水水壓都好大，有小程序自己控制開關。老闆説水壓太大總爆管子，所以不用時候需要關。真是太棒了。訂這裏主要覺得這家房間面積大，客廳更是超大孩子有活動空間，晚上大家還可以在客廳聊天，不用在卧室那麼不自在。客廳風景絕美，一邊能看到蒼山一邊能看到洱海。這個房間住的太值了

服務態度挺好的，但是不太乾淨，例如房間裏的水杯有些有很明顯的口紅印，杯子的污漬非常明顯，餐桌旁坐的椅子一層灰塵，用熱水要先放5分鐘冷水，水很小，洗澡有點將就

我們人多，所以這個性價比很高，剛好遇上下雨天，晚上還在客廳看了電影，還有冰箱可以用，雖然衞生間比較簡單，但是熱水舒服，基礎必備需求還是很好的。

離大理古城很近，出行方便，就是這次來的時候大理太多人了，古城簡直人山人海。老闆十分熱情，服務態度相當好！
