We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, room was spacious, clean and equipped with good quality amenities. The view in the room facing the sea was amazing as well. Would like to thank our housekeeper 阿军 for being extremely prompt and attentive to our needs, our toilet had some issues and when we texted him late at night he immediately came to resolve it without hesitation. It was a great stay overall!

有接送服務對於帶着娃的人來説很貼心，而且當天還下雨😂，早餐米線很好吃，，房間設施也不錯，小園裡種的多肉超美，還有很多三角梅，常春藤等等的綠植感覺很舒服，升級房型以後可以直接看到洱海，美中不足的就是下雨天外面的景色不太好，不過不影響入住體驗，娃一直在逗前台的加菲貓，因為下雨天沒法出去玩就在無邊泳池那裡玩水，要麼就是去逗前台的那衹加菲貓哈哈，阿正服務很棒，其他每個工作人員也都很親切友好，有應必答，下次來了還會住這裏哦！

提前一天管家阿軍就加了聯繫方式，到了大理站有接站。我們住的是星空湯池大床房，房間較寬敞，房間浴缸大，孩子很喜歡。阿軍幾天當中有任何問題都能隨時回覆，幫我拿了幾次快遞，服務熱情。遺憾的是沒有訂到海景大房間，海景房的大落地窗風景真的很贊👍🏻，希望下次還有機會過來度假。如果早餐再豐富一點就更好了。

一點都不推薦的酒店！
打開茶壺、是沒有洗過的，叫了管家、更換及時、但是沒有抱歉。工作人員很冷淡、絕不會跟你多説一個字、惜字如金！這酒店最對的起的就是這環境、酒店用品還算可以！
千萬不要吃酒店的食堂、菌菇火鍋！吃到兩次鋼絲球！味道超級一般、298兩位、菜品可以加、但是菜品質量不行、早飯更是不用説、勺子都沒有洗乾淨、最可惡的是勺子上還有粉絲粘在上面！
美人魚酒店唯一的優點、衹有房間景色還不錯、其他打卡地方亂糟糟、根本沒人收拾，設施老舊，地理位置不方便、去哪裡都很遠！
