The service is very good, with all people very efficient and kind. good problem solving skills from the reception. The room is quite clean, but could be improved,especially the rug cleaning. We got a room which was very smelly of cigarette, and has been changed and upgraded to a better one. The breakfast is terrible, don't buy it. Western options are just a shame, and there is no coffee. I just ordered starbucks, and got a little reimbursement for the breakfast included on my booking.

前幾天自駕到大理時就住這酒店，覺得很好，從騰沖回大理還是選住維也納酒店。衞生環境都很好，早餐豐富，工作人員也很熱情，還給我房間升級到海景房，真有一種回到家的感覺。

酒店位置優越，有地面和地下的停車場，免費停車。自駕去洱海的西岸和東岸遊覽都方便。
酒店硬件設施完善，服務優質，工作人員訓練有素。特別感謝前台幾位美女，業務水平高，服務熱情。還為已經離店的我們補開了發票。也特別感謝四樓的客房服務員，清掃房間認真仔細，照顧老年人，每次遇到都有問候，讓我們有回到家裡的感覺！
續訂的酒店，在這裏住了一週。肯定是因為滿意才續訂的呀！看圖二，是剛剛入住時拍的，圖三是住了幾天後拍的，櫻花都開滿了枝頭啦！
