I made an appoin**ent with my friends to travel to Yunnan. I checked many homestays and finally decided to stay here. After checking in, I chatted with my friends. None of the homestays around had the same feeling as this one. The environment was good, the room was large, and the decoration was particularly artistic. The first thing you see is the bathtub. You can directly see Erhai Lake when you take a bath during the day. But what caught my eye the most was the washing things, hand soap, underwear washing (girls will really be moved by this detail). After staying in so many hotels and homestays, this is the only one that comes with laundry detergent for washing underwear. The shampoo and bath are all familiar brands. It was a really happy trip!

The homestay is very good and the decoration is quite Zen. You will feel relaxed as soon as you enter. The landlady is from Chongqing and is very friendly. The yard is super beautiful. This time, time was too tight, and I had to leave before I could fully experience it, but I believe I will come again. The inn is just a few minutes' walk from Longkan Wharf by the Erhai Lake (you can get there in minutes just by getting up to watch the sunrise in the morning). It is also very close to the ancient city and can be reached in a few minutes by taxi. Longkan Wharf is a popular check-in spot for Erhai Lake. The village has everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. There are several coffee shops that are very stylish. I will stay here again next time I come to Dali! I picked this hotel for a long time. I liked the beautiful Cangshan room and small terrace. It is really beautiful here. The hotel has good taste, the toiletries are very good, and the designer who designed the homestay is very thoughtful. It is really a scene at every step. You can see Cangshan in the store. In winter, you can see the golden mountain in the sun. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Longkan Wharf. If you are afraid of traffic jams, you can find the pick-up driver in the store to avoid congestion all the way. I read many good reviews and they are all free room upgrades in the off-season. This time I booked three rooms for 2 nights, an average of 900 per night, and two rooms were on the first floor. It was these two rooms on the first floor. The so-called Cangshan balcony was found to be a garbage dump outside, and the glass door was blocked because of the noise of the wind. The so-called Cangshan room became a windowless room. Speechless, I booked a windowless room for 900. The facilities are very old. There is a bathroom heater on the second floor, but not on the first floor. The electric toilet does not work. The curtains fell down on the first night, and the shower head was rotten. I told the housekeeper, and the housekeeper said that we can negotiate a refund and go to other places to stay. There is no room in Dali during the New Year! That's fine. The next day, no one came to clean, fix the curtains or shower head, and let it rot. There was no apology or explanation, not even an excuse like being busy during the New Year, and they just didn't fix it. In addition, the room on the first floor has no door lock at all! At night, a stool is used to block the door, and your luggage is equivalent to being placed in the hall when you go out. Facing the garden is not a wall, but a paper-pasted wall. You can see inside from the outside and there is no privacy. (Refer to Figure 2 for the degree of light transmittance. Young couples should not book it, it will take a minute...) The housekeeper said that the designer wanted to see the yard from inside. It is indeed beautiful when the sun shines in in the morning. If you can accept a room like sleeping on the street, you can book it with confidence. Regarding the service, since I raised the issue with the housekeeper, the housekeeper neither replied to me on WeChat nor responded to me in face-to-face conversation. I looked at the housekeeper's face for two days. The New Year's B&B included breakfast, and only an aunt cooked it there. We had already informed us in advance the night before that we would go out for breakfast at 8 o'clock, but we waited for a long time but couldn't eat. We moved our luggage by ourselves during the check-in and check-out process, and went up and down the stairs manually. Before departure, I knew that the weather was cold, so I told the housekeeper a week in advance that I needed a quilt and electric blanket. At that time, they said they had them, but they didn't have them when I arrived. I arrived late that day, and I was urged to come back to take a shower after going out for dinner. They said there might be a power outage, and there was not enough hot water. People in all three rooms took cold showers. The overall management is very chaotic, and there is no service. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. The B&B I live in is shabby everywhere, and I still have to look at the housekeeper's face. This is not my first time to Yunnan, and it is not the first time for people I travel with to Yunnan. It is really the B&B with the worst service I have ever stayed in. I can understand the lack of enthusiasm, but it is really speechless that I have to look at the housekeeper's face when it is obviously a problem with the B&B. I can't accommodate so many people. This money can be earned, right?
