優點：距大理古城近遊玩方便，附近有許多餐飲吃飯方便。房價便宜。
缺點：房內設施過簡，沒有才椅子，衹能坐床上。電視櫃很小，睡覺脱下的衣服沒處放，行李也衹能放在地上，沒有礦泉水，衞生紙質量差。
建議：提高房價10元，把不足改善。
