Atour Hotel Dalian Development Zone

The hotel's location was good, the room was spacious, the bed was very big, and the bedding was very comfortable. However, it was inconvenient because there was no bidet in the bathroom, and it was disappointing that coffee other than leaf tea was not provided. There were no shower robes, so I inquired at the front desk, and although they said they would bring them for me, although they were not provided as standard, they never brought them. The hair dryer did not work, so I asked the front desk for an exchange. They said they would bring it to me within 5 minutes, but they did not bring it, so I ended up not being able to use it and had to check out. I did. I thought the breakfast was too simple compared to the size of the hotel. In particular, it was quite inconvenient for foreign guests that the front desk staff did not speak English at all, making it difficult to communicate without a translator.

The room is fully equipped, clean and sanitary, and there is a small robot for delivering things, which is very convenient.

It was my first time staying at Atour, and my overall satisfaction was far beyond my expectations. Whether it was the speed of check-in, the fresh, modern and clean feeling when entering the room, or the surprise of free midnight snacks after working out, I forgot to mention that there was free self-service laundry, drying and ironing after working out. All of the above made Atour the best choice for my first stay.

A very satisfying experience. The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is very welcoming, and the location is very convenient.
