The room is clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, it is close to the mountains and the water, quiet and comfortable, a good place for leisure and vacation~~ There are also organic vegetables available. The front desk staff, catering services, room hygiene and the surrounding scenery of the lake and mountains are all very good. The only drawback of this experience is that the anti-lock setting of the room door cannot be used (hope for repair), which makes the guests feel insecure. At around 7 pm, a staff member (a lady with glasses) led the guests to swipe the card and push the door to enter my room without knocking or consent. This shocked me on the spot. If you are not sure whether there are guests in the room, you should confirm the room status at the front desk and knock on the door after going upstairs to confirm. This is the basic work process operation. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing since I stayed in the hotel. I hope to train the basic operation awareness of the employees.

But after returning home, I found that my son was allergic. He came out of the hotel and did not go anywhere else. He went straight home. The child did not eat anything that was allergic to him. He had a rash all over his body. I took him to the hospital for a check-up and the child also suffered. So I really don’t know whether it was because of the water or the hygiene problem, so it really made me uncomfortable. I’ll vent my inner a**osphere here. If I were closer, I would really take the child there to ask for an explanation, but the child suffered too much. He didn’t even go to school and had to recuperate at home. I’ll just explain here that I hope the store will supervise the hygiene issues in the store. Another thing is a little disappointing. Why is there no TV when I take the child to such a good environment?

It takes about 35 minutes from the hotel to the subway station. There is Sanhuan Ranch near the hotel. Buying tickets at the hotel front desk can be cheaper than the platform. The ranch is quite large and many local families are camping. The ranch is also suitable for children to contact small animals. It is also good to spend a morning walking in and relax. #Room facilities The room is very new. It has just been renovated and there is still some smell.
