酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，房間衞生打掃很乾凈，出門就是公交站去哪都很方便，客房也很有禮貌，房間熱水很給力，酒店設施也很新，中式的裝修風格還是蠻有格調的。前台的服務做的也可以，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，早餐種類和味道也都還行。

這麼多年第一次忍無可忍給差評！因為我是為朋友定的，我在攜程上定了兩晚房間，結果朋友到店告訴我臨時有事兒衹能住一宿，我在第一天晚上給前台打電話告知此事，前台衹反饋會按實際住宿時間結賬（我是離店付款訂單類型），並未告知需在攜程修改為一晚訂單，第二天中午朋友退房了前台告知了類似操作給我朋友，確實我朋友也沒説明白。但是我不明白如此重要訊息為什麼不能前一天晚上我打電話詢問時告知？？？？？就這麼不明不白多付一晚房費，我朋友第二天中午就退房並把房卡還給前台，下午酒店還能把半夜吃的泡麪下到房間訂單，請問酒店這是什麼操作？？？退完房還能下單，還是説本身就是故意忽視入住事實，這麼多年全球大大小小三到七星級酒店都住過，第一次碰見這種事兒！！！簡直忍無可忍，因為對方未盡告知義務給予差評，也給廣大網友一個參考！
