Good location on the Russian Street. About 15/20 minutes walk from Dalian Railway station or the Dalian Railway station Subway.
The carpets could do with some cleaning though.
They want cash. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it. The receptionist asked me for money on checking out and I showed her the receipt as proof I have paid.
P.S. Google map does not work in China. Download MAPS.ME. Also download Wechat - you text in English they translate to Chinese and vice versa. I used Dear Translate for voice translation.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs is the Russian style street. The room was a bit cold at first. After calling the front desk, the manager on duty immediately changed the room and personally delivered the room card to the room. The service attitude was very good👍.
