因為離大連理工近，走路20分鐘左右，我們晚上10點多才到的，就是不太好找，老闆娘出來接的我們，很熱情，還幫我們拎行李，公寓有點小，但是很乾凈，出門做車也方便，問老闆娘關於大連的種種，她都講的清清楚楚，明明白白的，很喜歡大連，大連的人民都很熱情，以後來大連還會在她這。

不夾雜主觀，衹是根據事實説話。提前預訂好酒店，還提前聯繫老闆。但是到了大連後，半夜三點了，下着大雨，通知我沒房子了，已經滿房，差點露宿街頭。還算好的是，老闆娘給我説了附近有什麼別的酒店，找到了最後的一間房，沒有露宿街頭。這輩子沒淋過這麼多雨，對大連的感覺都不好了。大家有預算還是找好點的酒店吧，這種沒保證的。反正再也不想去了

設施：房間還不挺不錯的，這個價位的民宿算是最好的了
衞生：衞生很不錯，一個民宿衞生做的要比一些酒店做得好，很乾凈櫃子裡邊一塵不染，尤其的他家水壺，很乾凈可以，水壺擦的很亮，你要是喝水就可以跟她要，衞生死角做的也很好
環境：環境還是可以的肯定比不上豪華大酒店
服務：老闆説話很接地氣，跟人一種來親戚家串門的感覺
