第一天入住，感覺辦理入住的前台比較業餘，會一邊接電話一邊塗口紅，酒店規則執行的非常嚴謹，一直重複的一句話，1.5米以上就是成人，所以感覺年紀小個子高的小孩子來會有點小小的鬱悶，如果一家三口來，小孩子不管幾歲衹要超過1.5米，就不要訂雙床房了，一定要定家庭套房，雙床房需要加床288，會送早餐，不送温泉券，年紀稍微大點的服務員都很親切，温泉發手牌的服務員好像不會微笑，門口的門僮大叔也不會幫忙拿行李。房間隔音效果不太好，但是大多時候是比較安靜的，温泉很舒服，水温適合，各種温度都有，自助餐菜品不多，冰激淋也不是哈根達斯，早餐108感覺略貴，午餐128感覺價格比較適中，酒店整體感覺適合帶爸爸媽媽來度假，慢悠悠那種，周圍比較偏僻，離大連北站和機場都略遠，如果想去金石灘海邊玩的話，不推薦。

心心念唸的湯景澤，終於體驗了一把，裝潢和設計都是日式風格，特別喜歡屋角的風鈴，尤其風吹過來的時候，一起喧鬧着迎接我。遺憾的是室外泡池太少，混跑和裸泡是分開的，這一點很是新穎，水質不錯，解乏。室內的汗蒸房不少，休息大廳是敞開式面朝窗外的，很陽光、温暖。早餐的種類還可以，小混沌給的太少了，4個可以改成6個或者根據客人的食量來自由選擇更人性化。房間無可挑剔，又大又舒適，沒有異味，這是湯景澤的一個優點，從進門的那一刻起就有一種特殊的香味吸引着我全部的好感

酒店房間佈局合理，很日式，比較喜歡，前台服務員很熱情，值得誇讚，但槽點也很多，比如説房間裏定時放温泉水這事，入住時應先告知，正在泡時突然來這麼一下，不知道怎麼回事，還好不在出水口附近要不然燙傷了怎麼辦啊！！！午餐自助預約排位按號了，卻沒有好好管理流程，座位被佔了服務員本應積極解決問題，結果説了兩句就不管了？我們自己解決完連桌子都不會收拾一下嗎？（太忙不是藉口，服務意識有待提高）
另外住宿送單次雙人單次温泉，如果想玩2天温泉的話，住宿客人可以加99元就行，比單獨温泉票要便宜一點。

這個酒店是此次大連之行中最大的驚喜。房間超級大且私密性極好，整個酒店非常乾淨整潔。前台搬行李收鞋子的服務員阿姨像家人一樣地招待我們。在酒店裡吃了一日三餐，味道好，且菜品豐富。泡湯的內容雖沒有許多花樣，但是服務絕對是最好的。每一處的服務員都主動告知如何操作，最讓人放心的是處處能看到服務員及時打掃衞生。雖然硬件上稍有年代感，但是軟件上真是無可挑剔。家人都非常滿意。

環境設施都不錯，錯峯出行，人不是很多，但房間都訂滿了，説明很火爆，室外和室內的泡池都可以，但是池子不多，我是帶孩子去玩的，小童遊樂區水深和水温都特別適合小孩兒，休息大廳景色很好，整體體驗很不錯。
住的房間是夏之桃，不是獨棟別墅，但空間很大，設施齊全，市內泡池足夠用，可以看山景。
