第二次來鳳城旅遊🏖️之前已經訂好了別的酒店，但看到今年新開業的麗楓就選擇了這家，畢竟全球連鎖各個方面都有保障。
很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大很開闊，進門就展現出中高端酒店的水準，前台小姐姐服務好，有任何問題都會積極幫忙解決，辦理入住快，還可以延時退房，雖然自己用不到😀到了房間需要更多的紙巾礦泉水機器人立馬送到房間門口。
房間內外設施齊全，所在樓層還有健身房🏋🏻房間內該有的全都有，空氣凈化器，加濕器，全屋背景音樂可藍牙連接🎵屋內隔音很好，基本上聽不到外面的聲音😴床很舒適，床墊軟硬適中，被褥也很乾凈。房間全屋智能控制，窗簾燈光可以分組控制。
餐廳也很棒🍩東西有很多都可以選，中西餐結合，還有專人引導就坐。酒店有免費停車場，出去玩直接把車放在停車場省事又安心，距鳳凰山1公里走路就可以到😀
服務挺好的很用心，家人很滿意，下次來一定還會選擇這裏，期待下次入住！

1、房間有裝修的味道；2、房間沒收拾乾淨，毛巾區有一根牙簽；3、晚上十點多回到酒店之後發現沒有熱水，換了房間還是沒有，等了快一個小時才修好；4、提前一天預訂的價格比當天網上看到的價格貴了200多，完全沒有預訂的意義在了。
