房間條件實在太差了，標着獨立衞生間，結果是公衞，幾十塊錢的設施條件賣到了155塊錢。衞生條件不好，衞生間馬桶沖水不好用，水池子旁邊還有煙灰，臟兮兮的，水非常涼，沒有熱水。設施條件極差，房門鎖鎖不上，公共衞生間的門鎖也鎖不上，一個人進去需要另外一個人給幫着看門，外面還有狗叫，鵝叫，雞叫。最最主要的，早上起來一看，原來住的是違規私建的二層樓，消防和安全都存在極大的隱患。
