The lady at the front desk, Zhuoma, is very nice, kind and beautiful! After driving for a day from Xinduqiao to Shangri-La Town, I was very tired when I arrived at the store. 稻城亞丁的淡季，酒店人也不多，但是酒店設施很好，定的時候告知沒有空調，但是好像是最近剛安裝了空調，住了2晚，床品很好，睡的很好
房間衞生乾淨，前台的服務人員也很耐心很熱情，有求必應，早餐由於人不多，不算豐盛，中規中矩
酒店離景區很近，但是離鎮上熱鬧的地方還有一段距離，需要打車
