Service was absolutely superb. Grace the butler was super helpful! Very clean, quiet and close to the parking lot for Daocheng Yading scenic area. Unfortunately, I had a flat tyre one of the days and staff made sure that it would get fixed. The hotel driver, Kevin, took the time to show me where the repair shop was (thankfully very close) and waited with me until he was confident that I was ok. The food was terrific - the only thing I did not like was that smoking is allowed absolutely everywhere. Very gross and disappointing that smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

We stopped here before going to Yading the next morning. The room is clean and spacious and the staff who talked with us on WeChat is very helpful and nice. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in Riwa. Recommended. The only two things that we hope the hotel could be improved for better experience are 1) the hot water is not stable 2) we stayed in the connecting room and the airconditioning was not flowing to the inside room.

The lady boss is very nice and the service is very good. There are two cute puppies in the store! The proprietress may not be there when I go, but she will come back just by making a phone call. There are also flowers planted at the door. When I come back in the afternoon, the sunshine is very healing! There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric mattress, so it won't be very cold when you sleep at night. I will come again next time if I have a chance!
