We stayed with family & friends for 2 days in Room nos 403&404. It was very pleasant experience at front office for checkin very fast and nice support fro m staff Mr Anurag/Ajay in specific for all the support. We really enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant was awesome with variety of buffet choice of food and it was very tasty. Mr Netra -Chef was so nice and one of our guest is specific with restricted food and he arranged and the restaurant staff Mr Hissay and ***ish are vey nice and we have enjoyed our 2 days of stay without any complaint - We strongly recommend this hotel not to miss and the property location and view is fantastic. Will visit again

It's been one of the Best Hotel in Darjeeling with Cleanliness, Polite Staff, Yummy Food...Very Well Maintained Property...Centrally Located is the Biggest Advantage but still has Peace at the Site..Special Mention to Hissay, Shiva and Sabim...Rgds

It was an amazing stay at crescent resort at Darjeeling. Staff was very courteous and listened to our requests with earnestness. Special thanks to Akansha Pradhan for ensuring that our daughters food requirements were taken care.Overall a peaceful stay!!

Including all, whether rooms or service or food, all was excellent. Specially Stuti, Kriti, nishika and sabin were awesome in services. Rooms and view from room was also mind blowing. Also the hotel is near to the market so one can conveniently roam.

Overall experience is nice. Rooms and views from the rooms are really great. Shiva, Stuti,Arpen, Nisika, Kriti all stuffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended place for a nice family time. The food and service also nice. There is a small garden with sitting arrangement.
