一是衞生還不錯，床鋪乾淨，地毯陳舊説不上多乾淨；二是環境裝修還行，房間不大，歐式風格就顯得壓抑；三是樓層服務真的需要加強，服務員一副愛住不住和你奈我何的態度，年齡太大，實在需要加強；四是空調設備壞了，天氣稍微冷點，空調控制器衹能使用冷風，而且服務員説壞了好多天了。

酒店設施齊全，衞生極佳，服務熱情，早餐豐富。前台接待人員笑意滿滿，因之前預訂的房間有點小，不厭其煩的為我更換房間，親自把房卡送到樓上我的手中，非常感謝！還要特別感謝房間的保潔胡文艾大姐，看見我母親腿腳不是很方便，為我們提供了很多的照顧，特別的貼心，讓我們住的特別舒適。感謝酒店管理合理完善，有賓至如歸的感覺，以後來大同，還要住在這裏。

12年開業的酒店，設施已經很老舊了，房間裝修風格以現在審美來看怪怪的，隔音較差，枕頭太高（個人主管感覺），一晚上沒睡好，200多的價格，真心覺得不如連鎖的那些快捷酒店好

房間挺大的裝修很豪華，我住6層，是B666房間的，6層的樓層管家劉愛芳阿姨特別親和，服務很好又及時，因為孩子病了沒出門喝水特別多，跟阿姨説了二話不説給我拿了好幾瓶水。還要狠狠感謝前台一位男性管理人員，很遺憾我沒有問他的名字，本來應該是今天下午14:00退房的，但是因為孩子來大同的第一天晚上就開始發燒加咳嗽，導致我們母女一直沒有出門，而退房時間距離回京高鐵時間還有5個小時無處可去，想着病着的孩子我抱着試一試的想法和他説了情況問可否晚點退房讓孩子多休息會，他立刻説一定幫我協調好讓孩子安心休息好再離開，後來孩子下午睡了一覺後吃了點東西感覺好多了17:00我們才退房，他還關心的問孩子是否好些了。我想大同北都國際酒店是我在大同感受到最温暖的一個地方，感謝這裏温暖的人給予我的幫助，不知你們會不會看到我的留言，非常謝謝你們，下次來我還願意選擇這裏。

很好的一次體驗，我們是天津的老兩口兩人都近七十歲了，第一次自駕就選的大同，在 攜程上搜到了北都國際酒店提前在網上預訂了三天，入住後比預想的還要好，停車方便、硬件好，自助的早餐檔次高品種繁多，服務也更貼心，酒店的範經理主動徵求意見，我無意中説了我夫人感冒了，經理特意安排廚房熬了薑糖水送的客房使我們既驚喜又感動！客房服務員宋大姐體貼周到細心讓我們感受到家人的温暖，總之這是一次非常好的體驗，希望有更多的旅客能享受到這樣優質的服務。
