This is clearly one of the best resorts on the planet… and I mean it.
Location, comfort, food, staff… everything is top notch.
An English version of the restaurant menu would be more than welcome though. That said, I wanted to warmly thank Mr Morgan Wang for assisting me.
I hope to get back soon.

Everything about the hotel is perfect, and the service rendered was excellent. The manager set a wechat group to assist our needs. I can’t say enough about the hotels. It impressed me immensely. All are immaculate. Clean, beautiful, top notch! Would love to come back there again! Thank u Michael and team!

絕對是國內度假酒店的天花板級別！酒店在青山綠水之中，對得住“祕境”二字；客房寬敞明亮，佈局合理，燈光特別好；客房的沙灘拖鞋很好穿；香氛高級；自助洗衣房好方便；所有服務員都很有禮貌，笑容燦爛；酒店的餐食水平超級高！我們在酒店吃了中餐廳、私人定製餐廳、自助早餐、星空吧，完全挑不出毛病！多住幾天的話絕對要胖十斤！
對了，酒店設在德天瀑布裏的茶室也值得體驗！下午茶套餐每一樣都很好吃！景色絕美！
最後，再次怒贊酒店的服務團隊！回覆及時就不用説了，關鍵是幾乎做到有求必應！太強大了！
對於這樣一家軟硬件都無可挑剔的酒店，我還是硬生生挑出了一個“毛病”——酒店沒有購物區！哈哈哈哈！誰叫我是個很愛買買買的人呢？這麼棒的酒店，如果有一些自己原創的精品，比如明信片啊帽子啊小包包啊筆記本啊，那就更好啦！
因為這家酒店，我們都愛上了崇左！

非常棒的一次體驗，酒店整體的環境，服務，細節都做的很到位。
這次訂了四晚的河畔別墅，房型可以用驚艷來形容，尤其是臨河的大露台，超級喜歡的！

優點不多説了，國內頂級度假村之一
重點！！！來崇左乃至廣西省，不考慮預算的話直接沖就行了！！！
下面説一下缺點：
1.前台應對旅遊高峯期的溝通及服務能力不足，打電話客服的講解也不夠令人舒心，微信客服號很多。
2.大飛蟲多多少少還是有一些的，這塊肯定是不如獨立海島度假村。
3.套房獨立泳池有股類似消毒液的味道，下過雨之後會飄浮蟲膠之類的物質。公共泳池沒有去所以不知道。
4.洗完頭之後頭發乾澀難忍。
