Five definite, only one day, the hotel environment is really good, Shiniu Mountain to play, 50 minutes drive to Shiniu Mountain. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are two rooms, one suite, and a living room. Minnan hotels generally have tea sets, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very hearty!

春節全家出遊福州、泉州，沿途吃不好睡不好，特別是住宿，泉州市各個賓館酒店亂漲價、服務差，失望透頂，歸途攜程選擇了德化德商大酒店，卻給了意外驚喜，晚上10點多鐘下高速1公里就到了酒店，保安非常熱情，專門到地下車庫入口引導停車，車庫很大，有充電樁位。到大廳登記，前台小哥靦腆熱情，整個大廳寬敞明亮，顯眼處擺着人氣酒店的匾牌，進房間有各種意外，馬桶是全自動智能馬桶，洗澡間是霧化玻璃（需遙控開關）…整個房間裝修雖不是自己喜歡的風格，但也看得出來用料紮實，衞浴也是知名品牌，房間的衞生做得很好，特意在一些部位用紙擦拭，都沒有明顯污痕，床單整潔白凈，床墊柔軟舒適，電視打開就是央視宣傳福建旅遊的專題片，桌上擺放着德化旅遊宣傳畫冊，房間自帶兩張早餐券，早餐品種豐富，味道鮮美。從酒店各個細節來看，管理服務到位，雖是放假，工作人員都有條不紊，瑾然有序，與泉州市內形成明顯對比，為德化點贊👍👍為德商點贊👍

前台*************年輕人，全程態度冷淡退房時反饋問題，竟然是保安大叔來解釋。到房間掀開被子上面還有兩根毛髮挺噁心的，想着時間太晚就算了。最無語的是保潔人員隨意刷卡進出客房實在是太讓人無語了，説是打掃衞生，太不注重住客的私隱了！！酒店早餐也是巨難吃，不推薦

房間衞生乾淨，智能馬桶很舒適。製冷空調很給力，有冰箱，地下停車場車位充足。周圍有餐館，便利店。離萬達很近，對面就是海絲直播城。早餐中餐西式都有，小孩愛吃蛋糕，咖啡牛奶，水果少量。

先説優點，房間新，乾淨，空間還可以，早餐豐盛！再説缺點，離德化縣城中心稍遠，但離萬達和瓷藝城距離還可以。 比較生氣的是，全自動帶加温的自動馬桶每天早上都出故障一次，好像是水壓問題。
