The room doesn't look like in the photos shown on the website. initially they offered a normal small room, when I raised the complaint they gave a bit larger room. The room is not clean, not well lit, linen is dirty, no hot water.....many more to mention. I called to makemytrip customer care, after listening to my issues, operator lady hung the call.
finally a waste of my money

Nice rooms. Great room service. All basic amenities provided. Affordable price. And just a few mins cab ride away from the haus khas metro. Would recommend!!

Given room in basement where no windows and it was a suffocating feeling to stay in the room. even after request they were not able to accommodate in other room. bed is not in good condition

My experience of staying the hotel is outstanding. All the staff are very helpful and their behaviour is satisfactory. Property location is also very very good.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all so cleanliness was a big factor in giving less rating. Also the charging plugs were faulty only one of them was working.

I called 90mns before reaching the hotel but it was not ready intercom was not working. Bathroom was with used soaps. Handwash was not thr. Bathroom lock was half broken. Tv was not working wooden floor had few broken areas mainly near to bathroom which can hurt when coming from bathroom. They kept a bucket and one plastic stand which was dirty. Basic hygienic should be taken care. I don't have, but if you go and check room no 221, you can see all these details. One more thing they are not keeping a water heater in the room itself
