Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown

The hotel offered more than basic accommodation supplies. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was maintained well and amenities were easily accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as expected from a Hilton hotel. Location was great and reasonable parking charge for a city like Denver

Water pressure in shower was low and the hot water tap for the sink never got even warm (stopped trying after running for 3 minutes!). Housekeeping staff were attentive and cheerful and front desk was very friendly!

Upon checking in the staff never informed me that the pool was out of order and apparently had been for months. When traveling with children this is a feature that I look for. After taking g my kids to the pool and not being able to enter I went to the front desk who rudely told me “we don’t have a pool” I responded by saying your amenities list an indoor pool only then said well we do but it’s been out of order for months. This would have been good information that could have been listed on their site especially paying the severely inflated rates due to 5/5 celebrations downtown. My bath tube faucet was falling off the wall. There was a toilet leak around the basin of the toilet. I’m incredibly disappointed and after requesting a phone call from management while on property I never heard from anyone.

Good, walkable location downtown. Good sized king size room and bed. Overnight parking is $47/night and breakfast is not complementary.
