The front staff were very polite and helpful regarding answering questions for our stay. Parking was very disappointing as you are required to pay an additional 47$ parking fee that is only for one night. This caught us off guard as it was not advertised on the ******* website. The in house restaurant had pretty solid food for the price as well as good mixed drinks and beer selection. The only complaint I could bring up is that the wait time was relatively long as there was only one waitress/bartender for the entire restaurant.

First night room was cold wouldn’t go over 68 degrees. Stop by front desk around 9am on Friday to report problem. Lady at desk said she have someone check it out. Got back to hotel around 3 pm room was 67 degrees. Called front desk Eng. Michael came up and reset HVAC. Left to go to dinner came back it was 67 still. Called front desk ask for new room wasn’t going to freeze 2 nights in a roll. Dined down stairs for supper out of most food and all coolers for beer were not working. Server just kept telling everyone that they were not expecting a large crowd. Kept sending people to other places to eat.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 5 nights while attending a conference across the street. Convenient location, directly across the street from the conference center, and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The gym was well-equipped and there was coffee available in the lobby in the morning, as well as K-cups in the room.

The staff was really wonderful and attentive. The hot breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. My room was very clean, and it was great to have the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. One thing that I hope they upgrade soon is that a room key is not required to take the elevator up. Overall a good experience and will stay again.

First when we arrived they didn't give us the room we reserved, then we asked for pillows and we had to go get them from the lobby and it took them half an hour to give us the pillows, and the room never went above 69 degrees, we felt cold, and the sofa bed is terrible, it doesn't work for sleeping

Mackenzie and Shayla were great! Jace, too! Everyone was helpful and friendly. A little bit cold in the hotel (restaurant, especially) but it's Denver and January. Great stay, and I'll be back.

Poor reception at front office. Very noisy hotel-everything from the neighbouring rooms is audible. High priced bottle of drinking water. In summary the value for every dollar spent is very low.
