We only stayed 1 night. The front desk people were amazing! I love the fact that we could leave our car there while we traveled out of state for a minimal fee. Shuttle to and from the airport went well. I would stay again and leave my car if I had to travel from DIA.

Great location to DIA. Least expensive for the least amount of time spent in hotel. Basically just there to take early morning flight. Workout room seemed a little neglected but for the most part good. Something wrong with the treadmill while running onto it. Coffee could be better. Staff was helpful. Cards to room didn’t work several times but they said I kept erasing the ***** somehow. Helped me get my steps for the day going back and forth. Haha. All and all a good hotel for the need!

The room was dirty, comforter with a blood stain on it, the blow dryer didn't work and it took them 2 days to bring another blow dryer! When I asked them why my room wasn't clean and my bed was a mess the front desk guy said we don't clean rooms everyday rather every 3-4 days! The wifi was so slow that I couldn't check my email or anything else! Everytime we came back to the hotel from outside our room key didn't work and we had to take it to the front desk to activate it again! Their fitness room didn't even have a weight so I had a hard working out! The room price is very high but they don't provide a good service! I wanted to leave the hotel the same night but it was late night and very cold so I had to stay there! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Needed late checkin, no problem, brought a desert and no problem getting plastic silverware at 9pm, nice bed. Would of liked a printed TV directory and a small microwave but can understand not having one in what is a single night stay hotel for 99% of the bookings. The desk attendant explained the green light situation well, but I didn’t catch the card was to be left in the slot. Considering all the day prior was very stressful it was nice not to have any issues at the hotel. That was so important.

While the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly, the breakfast was non existent. Waffles without butter, and no proteins, there wasn’t anything I could eat before my long traveling day. We were told Sisco didn’t make the delivery needed to provide breakfast. As one guest stated, someone cold have, should have went to a store and bought breakfast items to serve. Very disappointed!

Price is great, facilities are clean and Staff is incredibly friendly. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Denver because I wanted to be close to different locations, and definitely by Far this one was the best. Breakfast is very complete and nutritive, and it's very close to the airport, hotel also features a shuttle that takes you and brings you from the Airport.

The interior of the hotel is not particularly clean and new. There are white marks on the chairs, but considering the price, it is acceptable. The shuttle bus to the airport is very good and convenient. The access card is very bad and always fails to be swiped. The guy and sister at the front desk are very nice. Checking in on a snowy day feels like the scenery outside is very special. It’s also quite a unique feeling to catch up with exams and dues in the hotel...

Staffing was sweet. Very unhappy with early am, shuttle guy, cranky, & unwilling to use, an opportunity to deop me, off @ American connection, so I could hook, into ADA, & keep, my 5 yr old & my butt SAFE. He was all English, until he got mad, & stubborn. Then acted confused, & switched to speaking, his foreign, language. I let your clerk, know. I still could understand, their conversation. I just moved my timing, & went with 6am, shift, which got move to 6:30a. Cuz of him to. He knows, I was irritated. I did not need to be more anxious, as I stayed with you, over flaws, in travel. With American for 2 days. ALL, the earlier, airport shuttle drivers, were very pleasant. Very professional. I am very kind, when I ask? Never caused, a situation. You need to also; address, homeless rudeness, I get why/what you deal with, I was still with your clerk, & an obvious, lady, w/freshly, wet hait, came, in from outside, w/o shoes, it was 5:45am, I aaked her, very simply, where her socks were & slippers. She said “WHAT, you going ti give me some lady, or cash⁉️ & interrupted, our Convo, entirely, to get free, something. Making even yiur staff, apologize for her, I kept telling this, darling young man. No one should ever apologize for another humans, idiocies. She was just a processed, pushy, rude, individual. I expected no apology, from her & she was bold & dismissive with me. Get some security, & or watch thru securty servers…pretty sure in todays techy world, you habe it⁉

The shuttle service from the airport is just plain terrible. I 3 occasions I have lander at Denver airport called for pickup the the front desk never sent the shuttle. They left me there for at least an hour each time and one time one hour and thirty minutes while telling me the shuttle was in the way. Shuttle is a ten minute drive from hotel. Each time after calling multiple times I had to take Uber to the hotel. While discussing my disappointment they show no interest in the issue. If you need the shuttle I would stay elsewhere.

Baymont sends an email prior to your stay that says the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and that there is no need to call. It does not run every 30 minutes, and yes you need to call.

Not in the best of shape...carpets were very worn and torn. Could not use room card to access hotel doors from outside...had to use lobby only. Ice maker was broken, had to use other floors. Breakfast we dull. Could not check in until 3pm....very run down and needs uplift. Won't stay here again.

We specifically booked for 2 queen beds for 4 occupants and when we went to the property they gave us 1 king bed saying others are occupied. Reported about this to ******* and they don’t have proper answer. Don’t prefer!
