Great hotel with good breakfast. Parking is difficult, but that is true about anywhere. I ended up parking in a nearby parking garage using a parking app on my phone. Otherwise, location is very central and close to 16th Street. Very walkable and safe location for leisure or business trips.

The room we stayed in was perfect for families, equipped with kitchen utensils and small kitchen. We stayed in this hotel as we were waiting for our train from Denver to Chicago. The location was close to Amtrak Union Station Denver.

The breakfast is good, but the surrounding entrances are a bit barren.

Great location in downtown Denver. A bit insecure as you have to pay a separate $27 parking fee and the parking lot has to cross the road across from Hoh Heng (car thieves can break your car). Breakfast was mediocre and generous.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the management is well-organized, clean and hygienic, the staff is polite and friendly, the check-in requires the occupant's credit card to deduct the deposit, but the deposit was refunded to me when I checked out. Shampoo and body wash are great, as are conditioners, soaps and lotions. There is an induction cooker and simple tableware in the room. There is coffee and hot water supply in the lobby. The breakfast is good and rich. In the city center, shopping and transportation are convenient, there are many restaurants, and there is a king soopers supermarket less than 600 meters away. Carefully look at the small list given at check-in, which has the hotel's convenient services, which is very thoughtful. The self-service kiosks are reasonably priced. You can store luggage, which is very helpful. Very recommended!

My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the king sized bed along with kitchen, it was a very comfortable stay for the 2 of us. I was pleasantly surprised by the cocktail hour with light fare, it was a wonderful way to start our stay in Denver after long travel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was excellent and my room was clean and efficiently planned. I could walk safely to the convention center and Buell Theatre. Perfect!

From the time we walked in and was helped by the very friendly reception until the time we left the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just OK. If you're traveling with kids it would be OK your regular eggs, bacon, bread selection, cereal and yogurt bar were all good.

When I asked for service they only make the bed and take the trash out. They didn’t put new trash bags they didn’t clean the toilet and sinks, they didn’t sweep floor, and didn’t vacuum the carpet. I used one pot to make a soup and they didn’t wash it left it dirty. Also they didn’t replace the soap.

Other than the view(we weren't on the mountain side lol) it was amazing. Great price, nice comfy room, amazing staff, overall great day we had staying in denver for a night.

Location was great. Parking was too expensive. They advertise a happy hour Mon thru Wednesday and were out of beer and wine all three days. There are three liquor stores within three blocks of the hotel. Management should have sent someone to pick up a case of wine and a keg of beer. They advertise their happy hour and you could see being out one day but three days in a row is unacceptable.
