Hotel is dated with a cranky elevator. Double beds are clean and comfortable but tight for 2 persons. Shower is strong and hot. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Layout of room space is U-shaped which is a little hard to layout out luggage’s. Functional for our family of five. One of the rare rooms that can fit five. Breakfast provided.

How does water in a hotel unexpectedly go off? It went off for over an hour while my infant was in the bathtub… they could have been honest with the estimated time but they weren’t. Extremely inconvenient stay.

The facilities of the hotels we passed during the trip were a bit outdated, but the environment was good. The rooms were neat and clean, enough to accommodate our family of four. In particular, the breakfast was good.

The staff was excellent, but I found small details of the hotel to be dingy or poorly kept up. There were fingerprints/smudges on the headboard of the bed. And a mysterious sticky substance on the floor in front of my fridge that I had to ask someone to clean. I also was disappointed that the hotel does not provide travel size lotions or shampoos, or have on demand options for entertainment (like Netflix/ Hulu, etc.)

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were wonderful. The rooms are run down. The beds all squeaked at the smallest moves and the doors were peeling. There was also early noise from construction.

Stayed here with my boyfriend on New Year's Eve. Our room was very spacious and clean. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Hot tub is very big. Plenty of parking. Close enough to the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a good night sleep before getting back on the road and drive for 8 hours. We didn’t get that.
As soon as we walked into the room, loud heater greeted with rattling noise. We were tired and decided to live with it and rest. Then the bed had no support whatever and caving in the middle. A bunch of people gathered in the room next to ours and started drinking and partying loud. Front desk conveniently switched off their phone. So I dressed up and walked down. Manager was very supportive, went and spoke with that group. They stopped - for an hour. The loud noise went on till 5am waking us up every hour or so.
Staff, food, service and cleanliness are good - on par with what you would expect of Hyatt. This property is probably getting old and refresh is needed. Neighborhood is sketchy with trucks and unoccupied buildings. We had suv full of things and it was concerning to leave car behind the hotel.

So far, everything has been wonderful. The staff at check in were attentive and friendly. One was clearly training and she did great!!! Our room is spacjous and clean. And the hot tub.....AMAZING....we have said for a long time that hotels should just do a pool sozed hot tub....well this one did and it is wonderful!!!! We would stay here again and again. It is the perfect hotel for the hard working client.
