Overall is good and satisfied. Service apartment style with self check-in service is convenient and easy to handle. Room is clean and spacious as shown in pictures and description. The only thing that need to improve is the bathroom supplies. No floor mat is not even the basic standard of a hotel or service apartment. Towel set is not completed, no medium size or hand towel is provided. Other than these, we are satisfied.

This is a great little girl right off the freeway. It was a perfect start to rest and relax during our road trip from Mexico to California. There is a hot breakfast in the morning.

This hotel was honestly very clean. 10/10 I will def stay here every time I’m in Desoto. Great location, and only a few minutes from restaurants and especially Walmart.

The room good The afternoon and evening staff were like ghost. No customer service skills Never greeted anyone in my 3 days stay On their phones are talking to each other The pool area dirty and we had to request room to be cleaned in my 3 day stay. I wouldn't refer anyone to stay at your hotel
