Checked in on 30 April 2024 Checked out on 1 May 2024 I have the worst experience in terms of service and staff behaviour. The night security was so rude. The breakfast was pathetic, the food quality was not maintained. And the disgusting thing was when I checked-in in my room and opened the mini-bar there was sausage in there smelling so bad

Hotel Sarathi team provided a perfect splendor experience to do our business well. The Managers and stuff were friendly and making sure everything is going smoothly. They managed our big team very well. Heads-off to Hotel Sarathi Dhulikhel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The swimming pool was excellent, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The majestic views were a highlight, making every moment special. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The overall ambience was inviting and comfortable, making it a delightful place to spend time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

A decently good hotel in Dhulikhel!!! September 2024 Hi All, We were to tour Dhulikhel in Nepal & had a tough time to select a decently good hotel. Had selected quite a few hotels & was not sure about the hotels comfort. At the last moment, selected hotel Sarathi based on the reviews but wasn't sure how the property would turn out to be but folks, believe me, the last-minute booking of the hotel proved to be good for me & my wife!!! Must say that, this property turned out to the expectations I had in mind while selecting the hotel. It is a quiet hotel which any tourist could yearn for!!! I will come to the pros & cons of this hotel. PROS: 1. Quite a decently good hotel which is about 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest store where one can buy chips & soft drinks. 2. About 30 minutes walk from local market. 3. If one is lucky, they can see the Himalayan range from the hotel, a sight to behold!!! 4. Rooms are decently good for the price. 5. About 30-40 kms from Kathmandu. CONS: 1. The shower door was not quite adequate to stop the water from flowing out of the bath tub. 2. Not a lavish with variety breakfast as would be expected. Overall, a decently good hotel with quite a few things to improve on but overall happy with the hotel. Can recommend this hotel to any family or couples visiting Dhulikhel!!!

Hands down, one of the best place to spend time with your loved ones. Just 30-40kms aways from Kathmandu, we get to enjoy the majestic view. The pool is the attraction along with premises. Still can improve on food variety and service but apart from that we had a good weekend.

We (our official team) had the best experience at this hotel. Normally, I am not the kind of person to leave hotel reviews but this place made me had second thoughts. The rooms are really spacious, clean and equipped, food there are delicious and the hotel staff were there for us 24/7. The hotel itself is really huge and beautiful with all of its room attached with balcony and a great scenic view at its front. If the weather goes good, you could enjoy the views of mountains as well. Our team absolutely loved the place and the experience there, this place is definitely 10/10 recommended.

Hospitality, services and food was excellent. Staffs were responsive and humble. Recommend for spending quality time with family in peaceful environment, close to nature with good food. Better option to organize official event as well.
