Pool is small but fun! Last time I was there hot tub wasn't working this time it was!! People at front desk never seemed to be there when you needed to check in and out though

It was an average hotel but the price was way too high for an off season room. And after you book it there are fees that add 70$ or so. Ended up costing 189$ for 1 night.

It was a great stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But no bed is like your own bed, right!! The staff were very responsive.

This was a good basic stay. The staff ate all very friendly. Breakfast is a good. The hotel is clean. The pool area needs some updating. The mural in the pool area could definitely be updated.

The beds in our room were terrible. Lighting was awful. Some bu;bs were out and the remote did not work for the TV.

After making my reservation 1 month In advance, paid in full, I get to the hotel and they tell me that they dont have a reservation for me, and they are sold out. Not what I needed after a 9hr drive. They did find me a room for the first night, but I ended up having to get a room at another hotel for the second night. According the front desk, I was the 5th person that day that had this problem with an Expieda reservation. Not sure who is to blame for this, but I’ve been using Expieda for years and never had a problem.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The card keys did not work well. Sometimes it took 7 or 8 times to get into my room. One morning at breakfast they tan out of syrup about 8 am. I would like to see oa**eal and bananas available. That would bring me back. The black lady who was there for breakfast was extremely helpful and nice!

We visit Dixon frequently and always stay at the quality inn . The rooms are Clean, quiet and that staff is wonderful.

I was worried about our dog staying with us. But the staff were very kind about it, and very welcoming. The hotel was clean. Our room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. The kids stated that the pullout couch was comfortable too! The pool was nice; a little deep for the water slide area. So make sure younger kids are wearing a life jacket or puddle jumper. Over all our experience was nice. Definitely would come back.
