Honestly, this has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at internationally. The room was spacious enough, but the facilities were basic and run-down. The door lock was broken, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, and the air conditioning didn't cool at all – it was basically just a fan. On the bright side, the service was generally attentive and polite, but there was one slightly overweight Black woman at the front desk who was incredibly rude; she wouldn't even look up when you spoke to her. You really get what you pay for, and I definitely won't be coming back.

We stayed 4 days..they never clean thw room or come to tidy the room... although we tell them every day..!!.. but we had good stay.

The hotel room was a bit dated, but the service was decent. I had to wait until 10:30 AM for a room to become available before I could check in. Maybe it was because the price was cheap. I booked without meals, so I can't comment on the breakfast.
