"This hotel is terrible. I booked two rooms two weeks ago for my family, and when I arrived, they put me in two separate rooms. I spoke to reception and the manager, but it was no use. The furniture is dirty, especially the carpet. The noise from the neighboring rooms is unbearable; you can hear all their conversations. The bathroom is open to the room. There's a noisy nightclub—I think there are two or three dance clubs. It's not suitable for families, especially those with children. They'll see visual pollution in the lobby, and it's chaotic at the entrance at night."

When we asked for shower towels, they provided us with small towels stating that they had no stock available. This made my stay uncomfortable, as these are basic amenities that guests should expect to have ready upon arrival. Also on the day of checkout we were called 10 minutes earlier prior to checkout time as a reminder to check out. In fact. we were quite surprised that this hotel is rated 5 stars, as the quality of service and facilities did not meet that standard. the overall experience felt below the level expected from a five-star property."

"This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira. My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room."

"Booked as a quick one night stay for the night before a 2am flight, it was adequate for requirements. It gave us a room to relax in and freshen up before an 11 hour flight. Service was OK, quite slow with check-in but we weren't in a rush. Amenities were OK, facilities were a bit lacking as Trip.com shows two pools when there is only one small one on a mezzanine floor. Room was an alright size, a little cramped if you had lots of luggage but did the job. Our room, 101, seems to be a room that was changed to be accessible by those of lower mobility. This meant that the shower separation wasn't there and the bathroom nearly flooded when my wife and I took a shower. Again, we didn't complain as it was quite literally a quick stop at the hotel but if staying for a longer period, would avoid room 101 Overall, adequate for needs but if staying for a longer period, would consider the pros of the location as the stay might not be as pleasant"
