👎After checking out, I needed to go to the airport. I asked the hotel reception to call a taxi. The hotel sent a driver, and this guy immediately rushed up and asked me how much I'd pay! I was stunned! I asked him several times, "You're the driver, why are you asking the passenger how much?" He asked if 50 yuan was okay. I said, "Are you kidding me?" At this point, a hotel staff member also came over and asked if 50 yuan was acceptable. The hotel staff's intervention was the final straw that made me realize how unprofessional they were. They showed no intention of protecting hotel guests and completely sided with the driver. In the end, I took an Uber XL, which only cost 35 yuan. I directly told the hotel staff member my thoughts, and he just nodded without any reaction. I want to stay as far away from this kind of hotel and staff training as possible.

Big room clean, and comfortable but everything else about this hotel is poor and dissapointing. Please note the pool water is dirty, the sauna is a storage room, there is construction on the floor where the gym is and it's pretty toxic to go there so it's quite unusable not sure how they're keeping it open and listed.

We had a 24-hour flight delay in Qatar, and the airline arranged our stay at Grand Regal Hotel. The staff truly made a difficult travel situation so much easier. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A special thanks to Azad and Mary in the restaurant area — they took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. The meals provided were good, and their kindness and attentiveness really stood out. The only challenge was a noticeable mold-like smell in the room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. However, the staff responded immediately and brought room freshener to help resolve it, and we appreciated their quick action. Overall, despite the long delay, the hospitality at Grand Regal made our experience much better. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us.

The first room they gave me had a very small bed in it even though I booked a Double. They were more than happy to give me a different room with a much larger bed and the room was absolutely lovely. Spacious too and in a very good location. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the souq. I would recommend this hotel.

I can hear clearly the room beside me. Club sound is too loud. Too much noise comming from i dont know where. Other than that, the room is nice but the bed mattres is hard
