A l’origine, il s’agit d’un restaurant gastronomique (recommandé par le Michelin) qui propose quelques chambres au dessus du restaurant. Des chambres spacieuses, confortables, très bien équipées. Le lieu est calme (quartier résidentiel), il y a un parking, et bien sûr le restaurant, ou pour une version un peu moins onéreuse un bar / brasserie qui propose des salades et burger. Le personnel est compétent et très agréable et serviable, toujours très disponible et attentionné. Ils ne parlent pas français, mais la plupart parlent anglais. Enfin, bon à savoir pour les voyageurs accompagnés de leur animal : ils sont très accueillants pour les chiens (comme apparemment partout en Allemagne). Une vraie différence comparé à de nombreux hôtels en France.

Die Preise ind der Gegend angepasst.Das HOtel liegt weit außerhalb von Villingen Schwenningne und ist nur mit Navigationsgerät aufzufinden. Der Frühstücksraum ist relativ schlicht gehalten udn ein kleines Fruühstücksbuffet wrid angeboten (ist aber ausreichnend)
