Overwhelming service standards, absolutely value for money in terms of the luxurious experience you’ll receive. Enjoyed the bathtub, and absolutely loved the bath robe that they provided - so cute and comfortable! The staff also gave great advice on the nearby amenities (supermarket). Only complain that we have was that the aircon felt a little warm during our visit.

Good hotel. Upgraded room on high floor with great views. 500k per night and it was a large room. I was able to park my motorbike down underneath which was a bonus. When l arrived it was lunchtime for the staff tho the kind lady dropped what she was doing and checked me in straight away without a prior booking. Happy staff.

The spacious balcony in front of my room let me enjoy the morning and the wonderful spacious riverside view. The room is clean and I saw housekeepers made up rooms very proficiently. The breakfast is homestyle and great. The front desk young man is very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English. He can provide any information you need during your stay. In the morning of my leaving day, they also prepared breakfast for me minutes before I took the taxi. The room rate is very economic. A great value.

Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel

We had a very quick stop in Dong Hoi and this hotel was amazing value for money for us. We checked in early in the morning and basically just needed a place to rest, shower and charge our phones, so this place exceeded our expectations. The room was big and clean, the AC was good and the bathroom was clean and good. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Great value for money!
