我是出差就近住的 説實話這些年住的最差的一次 環境差 噪音大 睡到半夜房間停電一直到天亮 早上退房 前台服務超級差 第一次發票開錯了 讓他重新幫忙開需要收錢 才能幫忙開 説是他那裡的規矩 自己為了能回去報銷衹好妥協給他微信發紅包

前台服務態度極差，**，去消費還要受氣，一開始開鐘點房沒熱水，叫她換説換不了，和前台説了加錢換個好的，前台***不給，一定要開全天，沒辦法又開了一天房

酒店前台服務態度很差，差、差、晚上空調都是29度，服務調了三次，還是一樣，拿來風扇又是壞的，昨天白天一天插電還是29度，要求換房，前台説這個空調沒壞。後面找負責調解，他們居然不但不通知，還説沒有責任電話，不想説了想起來就氣氛，經常出差的我，第一次碰到這樣的事

煙味太大，地上未打掃乾淨，有蟑螂，跟上次的房間不一樣，同樣的價格，這次在六樓，環境比上次的八樓差勁，毛巾也是有一條壞的。
