環境是很不錯的，還有早餐，免費停車，可是服務還需要提高，前台接待不太熱情，房間的棉簽居然一弄就掉，還掉進耳朵了，被嚇得不清，打給前台求助，前台愛理不理，送東西上來還催我退房，我用積分換的延遲退房啊，風筒是感應的，很雞肋。

房間很寬敞、乾淨，隔音尚好，傍晚對面房間應該是在打牌還是什麼的聲音有點大，能聽見一點點但是不影響休息。
樓下就是鰜魚洲園區，遊玩非常方便，下午有下午茶，夜間有夜市小吃。總的來説入住體驗非常不錯，就是送的咖啡好像忘記拿了啊哈哈哈

第一次入住這家酒店，感覺真的是我住過最好的酒店，環境非常好，服務也非常好非常熱情，新出了新品也很好喝，前台手打檸檬茶十分給力，附近有酒吧一條街非常多吃的，總的來説是一次很好的體驗，以後會常來的！

説説體驗入住當晚晚上12點一保安帶着一女的來反覆敲門説檢查空調異響，在我不予理睬的情況下仍然敲門直到我表面自己的立場不需要檢查。
説説衞生我上一次入住洗漱台有一個使用過的肥皂，這次入住有開封過的浴帽袋，沐浴用品不是一次性的小瓶的沐浴產品容量大小不一。
説説人員素質第二天離開我帶着自己購買的一箱景甜礦泉水，又再次遭到你們保安質疑我拿走了你們一箱水。
作為顧客，我期望在貴酒店享受一個清潔、衞生、專業標準的環境，但這次的經歷讓我感到非常失望且噁心
我希望你方能夠認真對待我的反饋並採取有效的措施解決這些問題。我選擇在此提前告知你方，如果我後續收到任何騷擾電話我會採取所有證據並將此投訴到相關部門，以確保這些問題得到妥善處理。

一開始去東莞玩看中這家酒店是特色裝修和高分評價還很多人評前台熱情。
一進房間其實感覺還不錯，可是細節一些不明顯位置可以看出很多灰塵，冷氣機也想著塵滿，房間內有煙味，如果介意要注意，房間還有蚊子，通道的隔音做的不好。
然後我要講講最糟糕的點，我是攜程白金會員看到自動寫明16:00才需要退房，可是客服1點多就打電話催我。沒收我的房卡真係跩的不像話。不知道熱情的前台是怎樣刷來的。
