Hotels near Huayanghu Chuangkefang, Dongguan

I had an event in Dongguan Houjie area to attend so decided to stay at this hotel. Location is convenient, 5 minute walk from Exhibition metro station, and also only a 15 minute taxi ride to Humen high speed railway station. The room is cozy, new and very clean. It has everything I need, convenient store nearby and the breakfast buffet is simple and good. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly. After we left, they messaged us that my son left some toys there and arranged the parcel person to have it shipped back to us. Superb service.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

 The hotel is located in the city center, with large shopping malls nearby. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the environment is comfortable. The hotel decoration design is novel, and there are various restaurants downstairs. It is very convenient. The front desk service is of high quality and is attentive and considerate. It is my favorite hotel in recent years. Best hotel experience.

I really like staying here, mostly for the price and location. I live in a kind of dead area with no bars or restaurants nearby about a 35-minute DiDi ride from here, so this puts me in the center of some much better dining and entertainment options on weekends and holidays. It’s only a block away from Naughty Frog Brew Pub (淘气的青蛙), which I think has the best hamburger on planet Earth, especially when paired with Michael’s Drunken Grandmaster IPA (10%abv). Simon’s Steaks, GratefulQ, Al Chile, and Pizzaria Calzone are also nearby and worthy of culinary exploration. I wish there was a small refrigerator in the rooms, though.

Great hotel! Modern, clean and fresh! The staff was amazing even if we sometimes struggled to communicate. They were always accommodating and helpful. The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

The hotel lobby is very grand. The front desk staff served with a smile, served tea, carried luggage, pressed the elevator, and explained the hotel's supporting facilities and usage. Welcome fruit and good night milk for children were given. The room is spacious and bright, dry and wet separation, well laid out, and a new smart experience. The soundproofing is very quiet, the mattress and bedding are very comfortable, and I had a good sleep. There are many types of breakfast and the taste is also very good. In particular, the sky garden is very suitable for children to play, and adults to chat, drink tea and watch the moon. There are two business districts around, which is very convenient, and it is also close to the Marina Bay Parent-Child Park. Friends have a good experience staying here, which is worth recommending. The most important thing is that it is cost-effective!

Well, the floor was absolutely pathetic. You can see the pictures to figure that out. The carpet was full of stains and is evident. How can they be so careless? Simply bad and I won’t recommend this hotel. Stayed here twice within 10 days of time. Firstly, had an issue with Wi-Fi, which doesn’t work and later the floor is so untidy. This is room number 807 on 8th floor…. Don’t take it.

I booked via Trip app so easy to locate and compare pricing and facilities. Checked in late about 9:45 pm was 5 min. The foyer is so big and hotel has lots of amenities for you to enjoy. My Room was just as it was displayed in the photo and with a very good the view from my room Window I can see the swimming pool and gym and it was late June very hot I plans to go for a swimming the next day. I went out the town of Changping is lively place restaurants were still open and streets were alive with people. Lots of shops and arcades to look through. My room came with breakfast the next morning and a late check out at 3:pm gave me time to eat and see the sites of this beautiful city. I recommend this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. Huge hotel and lots of room to be chosen. Room is big, clean and tidy. Hotel arranged personal service manager to coordinate with during stays. Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel. Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time. Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).
