有停車場，但是下面黑乎乎的，沒有燈，大家都停在地面，路面停車需要繳費，一天15元封頂。
再説下我訂的房型，是兩房，600多，不算便宜，本來是兩點入住，説是因為阿姨比較忙，差不多打掃到三點半才入住，五一人多我體諒大家都生活不易。
因為帶小朋友出遊，訂房前特地問了下有沒有洗衣機，得到的答覆是有的，並且在首頁也寫着有，確實有，但是真的太臟了，我不敢用，另外冰箱也沒有插電，很臟，拖鞋、陽台的椅子我都不敢用不敢坐，大家多參考下差評，寫的很中肯。另外晚上外出遊玩回來發現空調是壞的，幸虧當天不算熱，跟店家反饋了下，立馬説要找人修，整體來説服務是到位的，但是整體設施和衞生真的有待提高。

位置很難找，房間衞生很差，房間到處都是之前住的人遺留下來的垃圾沒清理掉，看着是23年開業的才訂，這個房間看起來至少7.8年了，很舊，床鋪用品和預訂的名字也不一樣，掛羊頭賣狗肉明顯，很差的體驗。

公寓位置出遊很方便，靠近海灘，房間佈置美觀，衞生也打掃得很細心，非常乾淨整潔，價格也很實惠，非常滿意

設施：老舊
環境：小區亂亂的，電梯也很慢
服務：幾乎沒什麼服務，停車都要自費
春節期間，接近700塊一晚，溢價過高的無奈之選。
如果有可能，還是選團結路附近吧。

還不錯挺好的，老闆人也客氣，我的表弟覺得很OK，挺不錯的，主要價格也挺合適，房間還很大，而且陽台就能看到海，就是不知道廁所為什呢要搞個透明玻璃

房間空間大，能看到大海。但設施比較舊，衞生一般，不是很乾凈。投影需要關燈關窗簾才能看得清楚。車停在樓下，需要停車費。距離大海不遠，1.5公里左右。

設施和公寓格局設計不是很合理。地下停車場根本沒有裝修過，感覺更像防空洞。公寓內沒有乾濕分離，4個人住的話，很不方便，公寓看不到日出。

真的挺不錯的一次住宿哦，房東姐姐人超級好，有問題及時溝通解決，真的太棒啦!風景也非常好看，面朝大海，很棒呀!房間裏還有盪鞦韆，可以拍照打卡哦!還給推薦了當地的風景和便宜的租車，真的超級棒!
