優點：乾淨衞生，樓頂可以涼衣服，有電梯。缺點：附近吃飯購物不方便。

交通便利，出海邊需要跨過公路🛣️，步行約5分鐘，廚房使用方便，房間清潔衞生，和老闆溝通愉快。我們一共住了5天，在遇到買葯困難情況下，老闆積極幫忙驅車十多公里去買葯，這種民宿非常值得。

我很少給這種評價，一分錢一分貨吧，我們是當天晚上一點才到的萬尾，很多酒店都沒房了，就定了這家。先説位置，離海邊有一段距離，開車要幾分鐘，走路的話十幾分鍾吧。酒店是在一條小路的盡頭，路邊有牌。再説説房間，一進去有味道就不説了，床單枕頭套都是臟的，睡一覺起來好癢，不停的抓，衞生真的不給力。總之，體驗感很差

離海灘近，衞生可以，隔音效果不太好，床品偏硬，老闆和家人晚上11點在房間外面説話聽的一清二楚，出去提醒了一下就沒講話了。

房間很大，無異味，馬桶也備有一次性的墊子非常周到，停車也很方便，民宿有電梯上下樓，對面馬路走幾分鐘就可以到金灘海邊，民宿距離路邊100這樣吧，避免了晚上休息時車輛開過的嘈雜聲音，這點我很滿意。老闆也提前和我們説了去哪裡買海鮮比較實惠，民宿看起來很新

民宿位置很好找，路口一進去一眼就看到了，老闆很熱情，房間乾淨，設施齊全。離海邊也是很近的，還是很方便。晚上安靜，可以更好的休息。
