"We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but it was still filled with the smell of smoke, especially the bathroom, which was so enticing we almost had to hold our breath to enter. The front desk staff were consistently unfriendly, with a perfunctory and indifferent attitude. The hotel facilities were very outdated; even the towels and bath towels were tattered. Dongxing is a newly developed city with numerous budget hotels, creating fierce competition. We hope this hotel can improve its management and upgrade its facilities."

"The hotel hygiene is very poor! ! The service attitude of the front desk and the housekeeping manager is very poor! ! There was a cockroach on the quilt in the room 🪳, and it crawled all over the bed. I called the front desk and arranged a so-called housekeeping manager to come to the room. He crushed the cockroach to death and said it was a mosquito! Everyone, please judge, this is clearly a cockroach 🪳, did the housekeeping manager treat us as **? ? ? Not even a word of apology, but on the contrary, he said: This is a mosquito, what do you want now? The attitude is so bad, even more fierce than the guests? ? We asked for a room change, and the manager said that there was no room of the same level, and we could only change to a room of a lower level than ours, and we did not accept it. First of all, it was almost 11 o'clock in the evening, and they asked us to pack our luggage and change rooms. Have you ever considered that the guests are very tired? Secondly, I called the front desk, and the attitude of the front desk was more arrogant than mine, ****, and there was no apology. If we had a good attitude, we would not be like this."

"The environment was bad, the roads were hard to find, it was all rural roads, the restrooms were full of disposable items, and the staff acted like you owed them money!"

"I booked a seaside guesthouse. Except for the "Listening to the Sea" room which didn't have any view of the sea, the others were okay. The rooms were a bit small, but the good locations were all full. The guesthouse had all the necessary disposable amenities. I used the guesthouse's electric scooter twice for free (the lights didn't work at night). You can scan a QR code at the entrance to rent a Hello Bike electric scooter for a day. The guesthouse can cook seafood. I bought some seafood at the nearby farmers' market and also rode an electric scooter to the Dongxing Port. The navigation led me through the village and the scenery was beautiful. I had a happy two-night stay."

"The proprietress was too enthusiastic. She took the initiative to provide us with electric frequency cars for free. She had relatives to go fishing and work. She came back to sell us shrimp for 10 yuan a catty. Let us have a shrimp banquet. She also provided a kitchen for us to cook. Great 👍👍👍"

"This must be the best hotel in Dongxing. The location is superb, right by the First Bridge border crossing – you can practically walk to Vietnam! It's also about a 200-meter walk to the Great Qing Boundary Tablet and the famous Vietnamese coffee shop. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting attractions. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Vietnam across the way. The staff's service attitude is excellent too. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dongxing."

Every shot is great. Best choice for bringing children. It is recommended to book a room with a swimming pool or a pool. The experience will be much better."

"We were able to park our car in the Martyrs' Memorial Tower courtyard. My brother rode his electric tricycle to pick us up and was super helpful with our luggage! He even helped us mail a package before we left, which we really appreciate! The owner is also very kind. The room was quite spacious, and we had a blast relaxing at the hotel – swinging on the swing, paddling in the glass boat, and taking photos. We slept soundly with no disturbances! The environment was refreshing, and Vietnam was right across the river. Getting around was also convenient; it was just a ten-minute walk to Dongxing Port and Saigon Coffee. The only downside was that some of the corners and shelves could use a more thorough cleaning."
