We came for the Jing room. The photos showed it was big and beautiful. It was recommended by a friend, so we came all the way here, but we were very disappointed! The front desk told us that we had to check in after 2 pm. We waited for several hours under the scorching sun, but we still hadn't checked in by 3 pm. As a result, we were given an uncleaned and crowded room that was completely different from the video and photos. It gave us a very poor experience, which is the service for tourists? They told us that the Jing room was extended, so we had to stay in a crowded small room, but we chose Jing because we saw the video and pictures. My friend and I were exhausted and rushed around for an afternoon, which delayed the whole arrangement of the afternoon. When checking in, no one explained to you that the rooms of Jing are divided into different areas. It feels like they are deceiving consumers. They didn't let consumers feel that they were being served, and they kept asking consumers to accommodate the merchants. Because there were many tourists, there were no rooms and the sanitation was slow to clean. It was a very poor travel experience, and I would not recommend friends to go to this store again!

The children also had a lot of fun in Hong Kong Street. The hotel's shuttle bus was available on call, the service was thoughtful, the accommodation environment was comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. It was a very satisfying trip.
