Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, with no unnecessary or complicated procedures. There's a fantastic array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room fragrance was fresh and pleasant, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided attentive and detailed service. This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hengdian.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation, and it's quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The soundproofing was good, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended.

The VIP Building is incredibly convenient for visiting Hengdian World Studios. The Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good, and the room was very spacious. The suite had two bathrooms and even a washing machine! The front desk staff were so thoughtful; they gave my child a complimentary breakfast when they found out I had a kid with me. The room also came with face masks and cooling patches, which was a lovely touch, especially during the hot summer. It's rare to find a hotel that puts so much thought into the guest experience.

The room was quite spacious, and there was even a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging and using your phone. The entrance to Qin Palace was right outside the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. After a day of exploring, it was such a great feeling to walk straight from the attraction's exit back to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful too!

This hotel is quite unique. Although it's located in a valley, the rooms are fully equipped, with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so it's not cold at all in winter. The tent-like rooms are very clean, and they even provide toilet seat covers, earplugs, fruit, and drinks – very thoughtful! I must also praise the hotel's delicious breakfast; the secret-recipe braised pork topping with noodles is incredibly fragrant. The hotel service is also very warm and attentive, especially towards children. It's suitable for family trips, allowing guests to embrace nature and have a great experience. Additionally, the hotel has a traditional-style hot spring where you can soak, which is a nice touch.

The Crystal Hotel has surprisingly good soundproofing – once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything from outside. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are great, no stiff neck in the morning, I slept right through till dawn. The room is spacious, bright, and has no strange odors. The air conditioning works well, and the hot water is consistent. Getting a good night's sleep here really helped me have the energy to explore Qin Palace and Ming & Qing Palaces the next day – the sleep quality definitely deserves a special mention! Front desk staffer Xiao Z also provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Staying at Atour Hotel 3.6 in Hengdian was such a wise decision! It's very close to the Qin Palace, making travel convenient. The hotel environment is comfortable and stylish; although it's newly opened, the rooms were clean and odor-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes and a wide variety of options. A bowl of hot porridge late at night was especially comforting. The 3.6 version has new hardware, a great overall experience, attention to detail, and excellent value for money. I would definitely choose it again next time! 👍

This B&B's location is excellent. It's just a short walk across the car park and up some stairs to Ming and Qing Palace Garden, and Guangzhou Street is only a 5-minute walk away. Right outside, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and breakfast spots, all opening early. The supermarkets even stay open until midnight, which is incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was super nice. We ordered too much food at a restaurant and couldn't finish it all, so we packed it up and even borrowed the owner's fridge and microwave. They also help with booking tickets, which are a few yuan cheaper than online.

My stay at Atour X Hotel (Wansheng South Street, Hengdian) was fantastic. The lobby has a simple yet tasteful design, with those wooden display shelves and warm lighting, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me most was the attention to cleanliness; the bedding was spotless and neatly arranged, and even the corners were impeccably clean – a true relief for someone with OCD like me. The service was also excellent; the front desk was responsive and even proactively helped me with discount coupons, which made me feel truly valued. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hengdian.
