overall experience was fine and the rates were good. Reception was of great assistance. very easy to talk to snd managed to grant our simple requests. Location was near metro and bus station. pharmacy and grocery stores are nearby and a lot of entertainment nearby too.

I am here now, first night, horrendous. I am disgusted with the 'hotel' and the staff don't seem to care. I rarely complain about anything, however, I am currently sleep deprived and very frustrated. I had to wait for a room, I arrived at 4 PM, when I got the room I had to request a key, I was given 1st floor, I am normally a light sleeper and would have preferred a higher floor, but OK, I booked 4 weeks ago and expressed my preferences. I have a view of a brick wall. my window doesn't lock. The swimming pool, well it is very small, gym OK one or two machines with signs saying broken. At 10 PM their night club blasting out Indian night club music, and I mean blasting started and is open until 3 AM, every night of the week, it is on my floor and has no sound insulation, at all. I was not informed of this, I can not sleep and I am feeling very angry and frustrated, I have twice requested another room, they will try and give me one tomorrow, on the 4th floor, the noise of this night club.. we will see, I initially booked in for 15 nights, I paid for 2 nights sensing things were not going to go well There is also NO hot water, just a little warm They will have to do something amazing to get me to stay any longer than 1 more night

I must say that for a price of around ₹6,000/- (AED 270) per night during the peak season, this hotel is a very value for money proposition. We stayed there from 26th November to 1st December 2022 which is within the peak season of tourism in Dubai. Unlike some other reviews, we found the service of the hotel to be very nice. Every time we had a concern, the hotel staff were prompt in resolving them. The amenities inside each room include a washing machine; ironing board; hair dryer; bath tub; kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, induction burners, electric kettle and an exhaust chimney) and room temperature control. There’s buffet breakfast which was decent enough. There’s also a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t have time for those. Tip: if you are there with a large group of 8 or more people, I suggest you avail their cab service. There’s this one driver named ‘Faisal’ who drives a Toyota HiAce and was very helpful throughout our trip. Also, the car was very comfortable, spacious and much more cost effective than hiring two taxis.

We had a 20 hour transit, and the hotel was clean, quiet, with a fantastic staff. They answered all our questions, were able to set up a 3 hour tour the morning of our flight, and were very concerned to make our stay great. We appreciated the convenience of being 5-7 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa.

Location is very good, Near the Metro. You will get all the Good Restaurant around. Room is very clean, Locker & TV available (WiFi is slow). And you will get a nice veiw from room. *I'm not suggesting this hotel for Couple & Family. They have Bar & Dance club at Ground floor. From 12pm, they started making noice and some slutty girls stand in front of Bar. It can make you Disturbing if you have family with you.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

Otel tek kelime ile muhteşemdi. 10 kişi geldik . Herkes çok memnun kaldı. Dubai’ye 5. Gelişimiz aynı grup olarak. Konum, temizlik , konfor , ilgi , kahvaltı vs. Yönünden şu ana kadar kaldığımız en güzel tesis ve tekrar geldiğimizde başka bir otel düşünmeyiz. Odalar bu güne kadar kaldıklarımızdan çok çok üstün ve temiz. Ayrıca bizlerle çok ilgilenen, evimizde hissettiren Sahid, şef Hemraj ile Naveed ile sabah çok erken saatte bize erken check-in yaptıran , odamızı ayarlayan üstüne bir de kahvaltı ikram eden Omer arkadaşımıza da teşekkür ederiz…

Gateway review March 2-12 We now consider ourselves to be regulars at this hotel. Having stayed in many of the high end hotels like Versace, Atlantis the Palm, Waldorf and Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, this is our favourite for many reasons. Friendly staff, ultra clean, good food, central area for transport and shopping. Great rooftop pool. Abu from Delhi on Security, Umam from Peshawar and John from Kenya and the others at the front entrance are all so helpful and friendly. Great for a chat and so kind. Reception staff are amazing and so helpful , Prakash orders our take away food orders 👍🏽. Dippin the manager is such a kind professional guy from Kerala who runs a great team, he kindly ensures I get a fabulous room to accommodate my mobility issue, many many thanks kind sir. In the pool it is Rishi who takes great care of us, a lovely young guy from Sri Lanka. The restaurant staff are exemplary and genuine. Jyoti is so sweet and very knowledgeable for one so young, she gave me Jain food one morning at my request as I was curious. Ahmed and Khalid from Egypt are so kind and good mannered. They all make breakfast a delight. Minuka is a little treasure and all the staff are but I don’t know all the names yet. As I’ve previously said don’t be looking for balconies or views as there are none. It ticks all the boxes and makes a very pleasant stay. See you all next month Inshallah.
