The worst experience I went out and when I returned, they did not clean the room, no water or sugar was added, the TV did not work, and the room phone. When I tried to call the reception, I found an error message in the connection. I called via my phone and asked for room service to move the luggage. I waited for them for half an hour.
It is impossible to repeat the experience I will delete the application now

I returned to EstayHotel for another stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The convenient location, excellent facilities, and friendly service made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free. It’s definitely a place I would choose again for future trips.

I booked for two people with breakfast. And they didn't have breakfast.
When I complained they are not ready to compensate for this issue as well.

We stayed at Estay for a long time and the staff are great. Mustafa, Phyo, Ashitha, Sarath, Om, and Anthony (from breakfast area). The room is clean and the facilities are nice.

I booked double bed, they give me two small single bed. You can’t chang your room. It hasn’t any restaurant near here. If you booked on app. They will ask you for 10 aed extra.even you order food on app it will be waiting for long time.
