When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

Thank you so much to all the staff in Double Tree you made my family holiday an amazing experience.Your service is spot on. I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. Hotel reception was very welcoming for a midnight (ish) arrival. Apar**ents are substantial in size with good facilities. The problem is that they allow smoking, even on non-smoking floors, so cigarette smells permeate the apar**ents and no amount of 'refreshing' spray can eliminate the odour. We had a problem on our last morning where the entire water supply for the apar**ent cut out mid-shower and wasn't restored for over an hour. The staff organised a free cake for us to celebrate a birthday while staying at the hotel. The promised chocolate hour timings were mis-communicated to us, which was disappointing for our children. Breakfast was a pretty good range with a few multi-cultural options. The on-demand omelette service always had a long line and the restaurant area didn't have enough tables during peak times to accommodate us. Valet parking was available for hotel guests but because the apar**ents are in a building 100 or so metres away, it was not practical to use for our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but still quite a few service issues for the hotel to improve.

I stayed in room 503 room is to much good and clean comfortable bed clean and nice bed linen room is having good fregrence washroom flooring is also good piyu nagesh vikrant was also very good taken good care of us Nilesh and Narendra was also nice to us Mr.Mjai was nice guy kulbhushan and rochak given nice service by there guys given us memorable stay.Azaliya breakfast was good augustino and rudra was also very good

Beautiful, Clean and Big rooms. We were 7 people staying in a 3 Rooms Apartments for 8 nights. Excellent Room service and very co operative staff. We enjoyed staying here and relaxing. Very comfortable for 7 people. Nearest Metro Station is ADCB. If you are planning to stay in Bur Dubai and need a 2 rooms or 3 rooms apartments then this place is Highly recommended. Also pocket friendly 👍🏻

Location was perfect, right next to a transfer line and close to the airport. I didn’t expect much from this hotel as the price was relatively low, however I did expect the room to be clean. There were bunched hairs from who I’d assume to be the previous client. There were also black spots everywhere in the bathroom walls, coupled with a stale odour. I didn’t feel clean the entire time staying there. Despite this, the room was spacious. The reception’s attitude, although polite (I say this subjectively), was utterly useless. My replies were all “no sir”, one of my questions being “is there anything to eat around here”. A lady at the bell service was extremely helpful, probably sensing my distress as a traveller who’s just arrived - she directed me to go to the street just behind the hotel. I managed to thank her personally as I left. There was also a kind, Filipino lady who was really helpful with transportation. Thank you two for making my stay more pleasant! Unfortunately due to the poor service and unclean environment I wasn’t too eager to explore the other facilities.

The location was situated within walking distance of the metro, so that was appreciated. It was in a nice area that did not feel touristy at all, but still with lots of solid restaurant and cafe options. The service was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and while they did not have my room ready (which is totally understandable), they provided me with some tea and breakfast while I waited for the room to be serviced. The front desk receptionist also provided me with a public transportation card as well! Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value if you are looking to stay for somewhere a bit cheaper in Dubai.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! Thank you!

I am the regular customer who using this hotel services... They providing So many Bars and Massage Parlours. Today January 15th morning 02.45 am I JUST CAME TO VISIT THEIR SOUTH INDIAN DANCE BAR WITH KERALA TRADITIONAL DRESS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE'S SECURITY GUARD IS BLOCKED ME AND HE BEHAVED LIKE I AM A BEGGAR. AND HE INSULT ME REGARDING MY TRADITIONAL DRESS, Because he said the reason is UAE Hotel Law is not allowing to enter with a kerala traditional dress. I Don't know is the UAE Hotel law banned kerala tradional dress or He Don't like me because of my dress code. When he talked like this nonsens, i just told him its fine and i am going back. After that when i am meeting one of my friend, he just came and said like I WILL ALLOW YOU TO ENTER, JUST GO AND SIT IN THE CORNER OF THAT DANCE BAR. How he is telling like that, this hotel is serving this with free of cost ??? If there is any dought they can check their CCTV Cameras. I don't know why this hotel management is hating kerala people this much !!! Every body knows this hotel condition and what are the activites are going there. I am not the person to publish their Dirty Activities, but Don't behave like this to anyone. Thank you for the Bad Morning

We stayed in a 1-BHK apartment at the Baity Hotel Apartments, in Dubai from Sept '2020 till November 2021 and the experience was excellent'. The property is located about 10 mins from ADCB Metro station. The RTA bus stop is in front of the property and Taxi is available quite easily, excluding Rush hour. A big shout out to the Joy and Sheen from the front office staff. They are very courties, welcoming and professional. As most of our stay was during the pandemic we did not get an opportunity to try the food. The one concern we had was the house keeping needed improvement because its an important element and even more in current times. The Sales Manager is Mr Nilesh Dhamankar who is an excellent individual with a Customer First approach. I have seen him go the extra mile for us as well as for other guests to make them feel welcome and comfortable. The room tariffs are also very competitive. Overall its a place where families would love to stay for short or medium term as the hotel apartment staff will make you feel like its your home away from home.

We had a great time staying here. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. They made sure we had a good experience. We had some minor issues in the room, but those were sorted out immediately. The Filipina lady and the travel-desk in-charge were very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
