Overall stay was excellent with good and friendly staff. Asif and Sunil helped alot in arranging our transport and tickets for our itinerary. Best of all the effort done by housekeeping staff making our stay and enjoyable one.

Celebrated my partner's birthday for the 1st time here. The check in was very smooth so i had a good time preparing for my surprise. Lovely room for celebrations. Highly recommended.

Modern beautiful room. The best bed. Lots of English tv channels. Close to the metro and restaurants. The hotel has a great restaurant itself. The pool area is lovely. Gym is versatile and big.

It's a treat for myself going this hotel. It's yearly I stay here to give time for myself after or before celebrating my birthday with my friends. Working in Dubai for 11 years and I'm creating good memories here so I choose to invest happiness not money. It's my heart decision and I'm comfortable to Stay in this hotel. Very accommodating, staff are kind and they wake up me with a surprise cake.. I wont forget the memories and happiness I invest here. Being alone doesn't mean we are unhappy. Sheraton mall the Emirates.....one of the best stay we had in our life. Staff is very attentive and very friendly especially with kids. Good variety of restaurant they have in hotel itself and for more varieties it's connected to Mall of Emirates 😍😍😍. Breakfast buffet also has lots of variety with Indian, continental, oriental food along with live juice bar and fresh local food. Overall 10/10 points.

The staff at this hotel go the extra mile in ensuring a focused customer experience. The staff radiate excellence under the leadership of the hotel manager, Sid. We had a successful 4-day conference. Arrangements were seamless, with a dedicated business manager who was constantly at hand to deal with our requirements. A range of options were available at breakfast - and these were extended, at our request, to include a wider menu for our colleagues from Asia. From Su and her team at reception, to Sanju and her team in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed in a sincere and friendly manner, and the staff maintained their high standard of care until the moment we left. Rooms were clean and fresh, with a speedy and efficient laundry service. Our conference room was spacious, with excellent breakout areas. Thank you Sid, and your team

Residence Inn is the main reason why my stay in Dubai was so memorable and filled with happy memories and positive vibes , as from the minute I made a reservation with Ms Temnit, everything was so smooth ,friendly. Her kind demeanor made her feel as if she was my long time friend, she made sure that I was pleased from the get go, and went the farthest to ensure my happiness. Ms Heida and the front desk are always very helpful and considerate. Ms Frauke, Director of the hotel, is so down to earth and connects with the guests on a personal level. She has such an amicable personality, and is constantly seen during the breakfast, making sure that we are all happy and listens to every single need no matter how big or how small. Speaking of breakfast, you will not find a fresher, more delicious , wide array of a delicious breakfast buffet. Also the most wonderful team I have ever met , head by Mr. Pankaj and his colleagues, including Ms Sarah and Mr. Silver, who are the most kind, gentle , caring and patient people I have ever met in any hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is top notch ! And not a single fault ! All thanks to Ms. Janet and her great management of her wonderful, kind, professional housekeeping team. In addition of course to comfortable beds , spacious kitchen, complete with all amenities, everything was running smooth and professional without even me having to mention anything. And as if it couldn’t get any better, they planned a pleasant surprise which made us so happy when we came back at night to our room to find that they had arranged a special surprise for me and my husband for our wedding anniversary. My kids were so delighted, and I was beyond words ! When I return to Dubai, there is no way I would ever consider staying at another hotel, and I strongly advise anyone who wants to have a relaxing trip and a good time to book a room here so they won't have any worries or issues at all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marriot and Residence Inn for such a fantastic staff to maintain this hotel's position as the best in the world.
