The main issue I wish to report is that the hotel staff never bothered to inform us that a negative PCR test was needed to check in. When reproached the fact, the only response at the check-in desk was a blank stare and some stupid giggling... In times when travelling is such a constant hassle, THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEOTABLE...!
