Hotel is great, amazing food, great clean rooms, but BARTENDERS needs to be changed or at least management should tell them to be nice to guests and how to pour a beer! Rude and not smiling at all, they have a tip box there and no tips at all, wondering why.

Hotel was very good.Glad that i spent my holidays here.The cleaning was very good.The cleaning lady on my floor was great .The staff was very helpful.The place where the hotel is located was perfcect.To go to the sea it takes only 1 minute.Very nice food and it was different so we wouldnt get bored .I give it a 10/10

i had the best time here everything was good .The beach was very fund the sand was clear because the guy cleared it a lot.The staff here was great The food even better.It was worth it for 5 star hotel because it was very organised and with very good trained staff.10/10

Clean hotel, friendly, young staff throughout the hotel. The hotel is located right on the sea coast. We had a room with a side view of the sea and in fact our window also had a view of the beach. The food is delicious. There were always enough umbrellas, chairs and towels. The only thing we missed was the lack of active activities, for example beach volleyball could not be played anywhere along the long coast. The location is very good! 3 km walk to the amphitheater - nice!

A big wow for this hotel.It was super organized.Everything was perfect.tThe staff helped me a lot to know about the place there and what to do especially the reception.Had great food there and never got bored.The beach was bery clear and very beautiful .Can not wait to be back again.

I wanna start this review by saying that the 5 star that this hotel has is deserved.The staff the food the cleaning the place the sea EVERYTHING was great.I haven’t been in a hotel bette than this when everything was so organized.Everyday they had planned something to entertain us which was a very + for them.I had a great time there .I suggest this hotel to everyone who is coming to Albania

This hotel is the best one I have ever been.I was there with friends and had the best time there.The place was amazing.The pool was great to swim.The cleaning was everyday and it was perfect.The reception was great and very helpful.The food is delicious and we loved it.First time but not the last.

Stayed for 4 nights kid free and with the wife, Overall a positive experience but to help others I'll list the cons. The all inclusive food was not the best however they have a payed menu that was very good, the free bar was always available and the beer was actually very nice, the wine wasn't chilled /bottled with ice available to cool the drinks. Reception was supper helpfull in finding local restaurants.. gate03 was fantastic. Next time we visit albania we will aim more south as alot of the day trips are to far. The place feels safe, bus runs 2 stops very cheaply to the main see side *****, as taxi ar expensive for tourists. ( well same price as uk )
